We welcome you to our professional translation service. Before proceeding, we invite you to carefully read the following terms and conditions that govern the use of our services. By contracting our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Payment Method

To begin your translation project, we require payment of 100% of the total cost. We offer the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer
  • Debit or credit card
  • Secure payment link

The charge will be made in the currency corresponding to your card’s origin.

2. Delivery Method

The final translations will be delivered exclusively in PDF format via email. Our work will be based strictly on the original document provided by the client, and we will do our best to maintain the format as faithfully as possible.

Specific Considerations:

  • Each page of translation is calculated based on an average of 250 words per page.
  • If you have specific requests, you can share them with us, and we will address them as much as possible.

3. Postal Delivery

For NAATI translations that require physical delivery, we offer the option of postal shipping.

Service Details:

  • We will confirm the tracking number once the shipment has been sent.
  • The customer is responsible for tracking their package.
  • Shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Important: We only manage translations and do not operate as a postal shipping company.

4. Delivery Time

The customer will select the delivery time when contracting the service. We offer flexible options, ranging from urgent deliveries within 18 hours to a timeframe of 6 business days.

Estimated times by volume:

  • We guarantee to respect the established times for projects of up to 4 pages.
  • For services with more than 4 pages, the delivery time will increase proportionally based on the number of pages requested.

5. Review and Accuracy

We work with a team of certified translators to ensure the accuracy and quality of each translation. If you detect any errors or have observations, we offer a revision service under the same terms and conditions as the initial project.

6. Confidentiality and Security

We are committed to protecting the information and documents you share with us. We apply security and confidentiality measures at every stage of the process.

7. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Lack of information or documents from the customer.
  • Circumstances beyond our control, such as technical or logistical issues in postal shipments.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and by continuing to use our services, you accept the updates made.
